Is the first step free?
Yes. Creating the account and submitting the company pre-qualification is free. After reviewing the complete profile, the company can choose a paid verification route.
What is Standard Verification?
Standard Verification costs €4.90 plus VAT where applicable and has a target of initial processing within 7 business days after a complete company submission and confirmed payment.
Why choose Priority Verification?
Priority Verification costs €9.90 plus VAT where applicable and is useful when timing matters. It has a target of initial processing within 2 business days after a complete company submission and confirmed payment.
Does Priority use different qualification criteria?
No. Priority changes queue position only. Every applicant is assessed on the same compliance, references, relevant industries, capacity, experience, operations and commercial criteria.
What happens after qualification?
Qualified businesses may progress towards the Approved Network and relevant commercial discussions. A specific project or active collaboration is confirmed separately when there is a suitable opportunity.
Can I update information later?
Yes. You can save a draft before submission, and the portal can request additional information if something needs clarification.
How do I return to my account?
Open the Partner Network portal and enter the same verified business email. Use the six-digit code from your email. If you selected “Remember this device”, the secure session can remain active for up to 30 days, subject to inactivity and security controls.
Do these fees guarantee acceptance?
No. The fees cover company verification and application processing only. They never guarantee acceptance, partnership, projects, contracts, orders, income or a positive outcome. Blue Staffing never charges candidates.
Can a verification fee be refunded?
Refund eligibility follows the published Partner Application Terms and processing state. Duplicate charges and payments accepted while the service is unavailable are reviewed promptly.
